Return and Refund Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked, 90-day, full refund policy for all U.S. orders. If a customer wants a refund, SARMSX does not cover the cost of return shipping.
If an item does not arrive due a delivery problem, we offer full money back or a replacement. If an item is marked as “delivered” by the delivery carrier and the customer cannot find it, we do not offer money back.
If an international shipment does not make it through US customs, we offer full money back. If the shipment passes through US customs but is held by foreign customs or a foreign delivery service loses a package, we do not offer money back.
We do offer a money back guarantee if international customers can return our products to us.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at email@example.com. We will tell you the return address, and will issue a refund as soon as we see movement on the return tracking number we are provided.
If you need a refund, SARMSX will refund your payment in the way it was originally transmitted to us. Occasionally, it may be necessary to issue a refund in the form of a check.
We have a one day handling period for all of our orders.
Our packages typically arrive anywhere in the US within 3 business days after shipment, and arrive internationally within 2 weeks. Sometimes, due to customs issues, international orders may take longer than the expected amount of time.
We accept payment through all major credit cards, eCheck, and bitcoin.
The customer is only billed one time, at the point of sale. There are no additional fees beyond the price listed on the sales page. There are no recurring payments that are billed to the customer unless explicitly stated.
